Ingredients
1/2 cup egg whites
1 cup shredded mozzarella
1/4 cup water

1 package KetoBakes Family Pizza Crust
Directions
Preheat the air fryer to 400 and cut a piece of parchment to fit inside. Set aside.
Add dry mix to a mixing bowl, then mix in the cheese, water and egg whites until fully incorporated.
Divide the dough into 4 equal balls. Roll out one ball at a time between parchment paper (oiled if necessary). Roll back the edges of the perimeter to create a rim of crust.
Add to the air fryer and bake for 1-2 minutes, or until the crust is golden and springs back when touched. Remove and top with favorite toppings.
Bake for 3-4 more minutes, until the cheese is melted and golden. Enjoy!
