Directions
Make the pie crust according to the package directions. Use half the crust mix to make the bottom of the pie, making sure to press into the bottom and sides of the pie dish. Let chill in the fridge
Roll out the second pie crust between two pieces of parchment, using your hands if necessary. Make sure the crust mix is room temp for easier spreading.
Using a pizza cutter, slice into 10 equal size strips to make your lattice. Once cut, place on a baking sheet and add to the freezer for 15-20 minutes.
To make the filling, add the blueberries to a medium sauce pan and heat over medium heat until the berries start to simmer and break down, about 10-15 minutes. Take off the heat and stir in the Berry Pie Filling and Jam mix until its completely dissolved.
Assemble the pie by adding the pie filling into the chilled pie crust. Then, working quickly, add the lattice to the top of the pie in the lattice pattern; (Left, center, right, 90 degree turn; left, center, right, 90 degree turn; center left, center right, 90 degree turn; center left, center right) DONE!
Gently remove the overhanging lattice, then brush the top with an egg wash.
Bake at 350 for 25 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool. The pie will firm up the more that it cools.
