Cheddar Bacon Jalapeño Biscuits

Although our Buttery Biscuits are perfect by themselves, we think this recipe adds the perfect amount of zing and spice to them. They’re buttery, spicy and cheesy and will the the best addition to breakfast, lunch or dinner!

1 package Buttery Biscuit mix
3/4 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
2/3 cup fresh jalapeños, seeded and chopped
4 slices bacon, cooked and chopped
1 jalapeño, sliced, for garnish
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Follow the instructions on the back of the Buttery Biscuits.(Add 2 eggs, 1/3 c. sour cream, 4 Tbsp. melted butter) Once it is all mixed together, fold in the cheddar cheese, chopped jalapeño and bacon.
Scoop the biscuit dough on to the parchment paper and top each biscuit with a slice of the jalapeño.
Bake for 13-15 minutes. Let cool slightly, then enjoy!
