1 Best Ever Buns Bread Bowl
1 1/2 cups rotisserie chicken, shredded
5 tbsp grated parmesan
1 cup keto-friendly marinara
3/4 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
Garlic powder, to taste
Italian seasoning, to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish
1 tbsp oil of choice
Directions
Preheat oven to 350. Line a baking sheet with a piece of parchment.
Cut a hole in the top of the bread to resemble a bowl. Remove the top and some insides of the bread along with some parsley, Italian seasoning, garlic powder and parmesan cheese and process in a food processor until it resembles bread crumbs. Set aside.
In the bottom of the bread bowl, add a layer of mozzarella, followed by the shredded chicken, marinara sauce and more mozzarella. Top with the bread crumb mixture and drizzle with a little oil.
Bake for about 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the breadcrumbs are browned.
