These Chocolate Cheesecake Swirl Cupcakes are fudgy, creamy and delicious- and if you love chocolate and cheesecake, you’re in the right place! Our Rich Chocolate Cake and Cupcake mix provides the perfect base to add our PopSweet-sweetened cheesecake swirl. You’ll keep going back for seconds!

Ingredients

1 package Rich Chocolate Cake mix
6 tbsp butter, melted
2 tbsp heavy cream
2 large eggs
⅓ cup unsweetened nut milk
4 oz cream cheese, softened

3 tbsp PopSweet sweetener
1 tsp vanilla extract

Directions
Preheat oven to 325 and line 12 cupcake wells with parchment liners or silicone molds.
Make KetoBakes Rich Chocolate Cake mix as directed. Spoon evenly into all 12 cups until all the batter is distributed.
In a separate bowl, mix together the softened cream cheese, PopSweet and vanilla extract until combined. Spoon evenly on top of the Rich Chocolate Cake batter. Using a knife, lightly swirl tops decoratively.
Bake for 28-30 minutes, or until the cake springs back when touched.
Let cool on counter, then refrigerate until cold and firm to bring out the sweetness.
