Ingredients

1 KetoBakes Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookie mix
1 stick butter
1 egg
1 package KetoJoy Ice Cream mix
2 cups heavy cream (or warmed coconut milk)
1.5 cup unsweetened nut milk of choice (or coconut milk)

Directions
Make the ice cream according to the package directions or use our no-churn method by whipping the heavy cream first, then blending in the remaining ingredients. Freeze in freezer.
Mix the cookie dough according to the package directions and divide in half. 1 half of the dough makes one 5” mini skillet cookie. For an 8” skillet, use the whole amount of dough.
Bake at 325 for 20 minutes. Use foil to tent to prevent the top from browning too much.
If using an air fryer or convection oven, bake at 300.
Let cool 10 minutes, then top with scoops of ice cream. Grab your spoon and enjoy!
