A Twist on our Pumpkin Cream Cheese Muffins, made into a loaf!

Ingredients

KetoBakes Pumpkin Cream Cheese Muffin mix
1/2 canned pumpkin
1/2 stick melted butter
2 large eggs
1/4 cup unsweetened nut milk
4 oz softened cream cheese
Directions
Preheat oven to 350°
In a mixing bowl, add room temp eggs, pumpkin, milk and melted butter.
Add whole package of dry mix, little by little to the liquid, beating by hand or electric mixer, on low then medium speed until fully incorporated.
Pour batter into parchment lined loaf pan.
Bake for 50 minutes, tent with foil if starts to brown.
Once cool, remove from loaf pan.
Cream Cheese Frosting
Mix the small powder packet, (included in mix) with the 4 ounces of softened cream cheese.
Spread on top of cooled pumpkin loaf.
