Ingredients

1 package Frosted Fudgy Brownies
6 tbsp butter, melted
3 eggs
3 tbsp coconut oil

1 package Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookies
1 stick butter, or ½ cup coconut oil
1 egg
Ganache packet from brownie mix
4 tbsp butter, melted
For the Brownie:

Directions
Line a muffin pan with parchment baking cups and set aside.
Mix the brownie batter in a bowl, according to the package directions. Once fully combined, cover and refrigerate for ½ an hour.
After the brownie batter has chilled, preheat the oven to 350.
Mix the chocolate chip cookie dough, according to package directions.
Using a tbsp sized cookie scoop, scoop out 24 balls of the brownie batter and place on one side of the parchment baking cups. Do the same for the chocolate chip cookie dough, placing next to the brownie batter. Flatten slightly so that the doughs are touching.
Bake for 20 minutes, or until the brownie batter is firm. The cookie will remain soft until fully cooled.
Cool on the counter, then refrigerate for 1 hour.
If desired, make the ganache by combining the ganache packet from the brownie mix with the melted butter. When the brookies are firm, take them out of the baking cups and dip one side into the ganache.
Place on a parchment lined baking pan to fully set up. Enjoy!
