These flatbreads are so quick and easy to make, and great to have on hand for a quick sandwich, or a delicious chicken gyro! The subtle sweetness of the flatbread with the tang of the olives and tzatziki make this such a delicious meal!

Ingredients

1 package KetoBakes Best Ever Sandwich Buns Mix
1 cup egg whites
1 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
1 cup water
Olive Oil Spray
2 Chicken breasts, cut into strips
2 slices red onion
2 slices tomato
Green olives or Kalamata olives, sliced
Romaine lettuce, chopped.
4 Tbsp Greek Yogurt Tzatziki
salt and pepper to taste
dried parsley and dried dill to taste
1/2 tsp garlic powder
2 Tbsp olive oil

Directions
Flatbread
Mix the KetoBakes Bun mix according to package directions.
Spray two pieces of parchment with olive oil spray.
Scoop out 3 oz of dough mix and press between two pieces of parchment paper to form a circle.
Place into freezer for 20 min.
Pan fry over medium heat in a bit of olive oil for 3 min per side, if serving immediately, or keep in freezer and fry as needed!
*Makes 8 - 12" wraps
Chicken Gyro
Cut chicken into strips, season with salt, pepper, garlic powder and herbs, and saute in olive oil until done.
Slice onions, tomato, olives and chop romaine.
Spread flatbread with tzatziki dressing and layer with lettuce, onion, tomato, olives and chicken. Add more tzatziki to top, depending on taste.
