Delicious pecan pie full of flavor, and topped with KetoJoy Ice cream!

Ingredients

1 KetoBakes ButterFlake Pie Crust, par baked.
2.5 cups pecans

1 cup PopSweet
6 TBSP Butter, melted
2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp salt
1 TBSP Bourbon (optional!)
3 large eggs, room temperature
1 Cup Sugar free maple syrup

Dreamy Vanilla Ice Cream mix
Directions
Make the KetoBakes Pie crust as directed, and par bake, then set aside. Mix makes 2 deep dish pie shells.
Lightly toast pecans for 5-8 minutes at 375° (do not let them get too dark or burn!)
In a large bowl, add PopSweet, Butter, Vanilla, Salt, Bourbon, Eggs and whisk to combine.
Add the lightly toasted pecan pieces, and stir to combine.
Pour filling into par-baked pie crust, and Bake at 350° for 40-50 minutes, rotating halfway through and covering edges with foil to prevent over browning.
Allow the pie to cool, and then store in the refrigerator.
Serve with a scoop of KetoJoy Vanilla icecream!
