Thanksgiving Table Bundle
The Best Mashed Cauliflower, EVER! This recipe is so delicious, ULTRA creamy and just about perfect.
Medium Head of Cauliflower, cut up
3 ounces softened cream cheese
3 TBSP Unsalted Butter
2 TBSP Heavy Cream
1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
Pepper to taste
Core and stem the cauliflower and chop the cauliflower into small pieces.
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the cauliflower and cook until tender, about 20 minutes. Drain.
In a large bowl, combine the cream cheese and butter. Add the drained cauliflower and use a whisk or potato masher to blend well and mash into a purée.
Stir in the cream and garlic powder and season to taste with salt and pepper
Use an immersion blender to make this extra smooth!
