These Peanut Butter Frosted Brownies are silky smooth and creamy: the perfect no-sugar indulgence. Our brownies are made to be deliciously chewy, topped with a rich ganache, and can satisfy just about any craving. You don’t want to wait to make this recipe!!

Ingredients

1 Frosted Fudgy Brownies mix
3 eggs
3 tbsp coconut oil
6 tbsp butter, melted
2/3 cup peanut butter, all natural, no sugar added
8 tbsp butter, softened
2 tbsp cream cheese, softened

4 tbsp PopSweet Sweetener
1 ½ tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
Packet from Frosted Fudgy Brownies mix
4 tbsp butter, melted
For the Brownie:

For the Ganache:
Directions
Make Brownies according to the package directions. Let cool on the counter, then chill in the fridge for 1 hour.
With a hand mixer, blend together the butter and cream cheese until smooth.
Add in the peanut butter, PopSweet, vanilla extract and pinch of salt and mix until light and fluffy, about 1 minute.
Add to the top of the cooled brownies, smoothing the top. Place back in the fridge for 15 minutes.
Mix together the melted butter and ganache packet from the Frosted Fudgy Brownie mix, until fully incorporated and smooth. Let sit for 2 minutes to cool slightly.
Pour directly on top of the peanut butter icing layer, making sure it is an even layer and covering all the peanut butter icing.
Let set for 5 minutes, then cut and serve.
