These crispy personal pepperoni pizzas are ready to be enjoyed by everyone! The pepperoni and cheese are perfectly paired with the tangy chèvre and veggies to make (if we do say so ourselves) the BEST keto pizza that there is. Follow along with our toppings or add your favorite ones to make your very own personalized, personal-sized pizza.
1 package Family Pizza Crust
1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/2 cup egg whites
1/4 cup water
Oil of choice
24oz jar keto-friendly, no-sugar added pizza sauce
2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
4 oz garlic and herb chèvre goat cheese
2 cloves garlic, chopped
6 oz pepperoni
1 cup mushrooms, sliced
2.25oz canned black olives, sliced

Place a layer of pepperoni on a microwave-safe plate and heat for 2 minutes. Set aside.
Preheat the oven to 425 and prepare the KetoBakes Family Pizza Crust according to the package directions and divide into 2 pieces.
Oil two 8 or 10 inch round pans and spread the dough evenly on each pan. Bake according to the package directions.
Remove the pizza crusts from the oven and set the oven temperature to 400. Top the crusts with the pizza sauce, chopped garlic, cheeses, pepperoni, mushrooms and black olives.
Bake for 10-15 minutes. Allow to cool slightly before cutting. Enjoy!
