Ingredients

1 - KetoBakes Butter Flake Pie Crust

1/2 Package KetoBakes Chocolate Buttercream Icing
4 Egg Yolks
1 1/4 Cups Heavy Cream
2 TBSP Unsalted Butter
1/2 TBSP Xanthan Gum
Directions
Make KetoBakes Pie crust per package directions.
In a bowl, combine the egg yolks and the KB chocolate icing mix. Stir to fully combine.
Using a medium saucepan, add the heavy cream and heat until simmering, stirring occasionally
When the heavy cream has started simmering, pour a small amount into the egg yolk mixture, whisking continuously. Keep adding in little amounts until half the heavy cream has been mixed in. Return the whole mixture to the saucepan, and heat over medium heat, whisking the whole time, until it has thickened.
Take off the heat and add in the butter. Sprinkle the xanthan gum on top and whisk until it is fully incorporated.
Pour directly into your prepared pie crust.
Cover and let cool, then chill in the fridge for 3 hours until set.Enjoy!
