These perfect pockets of melty cheese and sausage combine to make the perfect hand-held pizza! Just mix our Family Pizza Crust as directed, roll out thin and fold over! These can be made with almost any ingredient combination- even with scrambled eggs and bacon for breakfast!

Ingredients

1 package Family Pizza Crust mix
1 cup egg whites
1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
¼ cup water
1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
¾ cup sugar-free marinara sauce
8oz sausage, cooked and crumbled

Directions
Preheat the oven to 400.
Make the pizza crust according to the directions on the package and split into 3 equal pieces of dough.
Roll out each ball of dough between two sheets of greased parchment paper. It should have an even thickness all around.
Spread ¼ cup marinara sauce onto half of each piece of dough, leaving a little room around the edges. Top each with equal amounts of sausage and shredded mozzarella.
Fold in half, holding onto the edges of the parchment paper. Peel off the parchment.
Press the edges together to create a seal, then slightly roll the edges to make secure.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the crust is golden in color.
Wait a few minutes before slicing and enjoy!
