Veggie Pizza Appetizer

You’re going to fall in love with this cold veggie appetizer and it will become your go-to item to bring to any party. Our crust is chewy and buttery and becomes the perfect vessel to hold all of the delicious toppings and spreads. We can’t even imagine all the yummy toppings that this will be able to hold!

Ingredients

1 package Family Pizza Crust
1 cup mozzarella, shredded
½ cup egg whites
¼ cup water
2 8oz blocks cream cheese, softened
1 tbsp dried parsley
1 tbsp dried dill
1 tbsp onion powder
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tsp ground black pepper
2 tsp salt (to taste)
½ cucumber, sliced
⅓ cup broccolini, de-stemmed
¼ cup cheddar cheese
1 tbsp fresh chives, chopped
Any other veggie you would like!!

Directions
Mix and bake the crust ingredients according to the package directions. Let cool.
In a bowl, add the cream cheese and spices. Using a handheld mixer, blend the mixture together until it becomes smooth.
When the crust has cooled completely, spread the cream cheese mixture on top of the crust, making sure to coat evenly.
Top with your sliced cucumbers, broccolini, cheddar and chives (plus any other veggies you would like.)
Slice into equal pieces and serve! (These can be made the day before and stored in the fridge in an air-tight container.)
