Just start with the fruit - you can even use frozen berries - (think blueberries, raspberries, triple blend berries or even cranberries!). These fruits are all considered low carb in the keto fruit realm. Strawberries are low carb, too (by the way we have a strawberry pie filling and jam mix in the works specifically for strawberries!)
You'll cook the berries for a few minutes until they begin to soften, then you'll pour in our Berry Pie Filling and Jam Mix - cook it a minute longer - and you'll have instantly thickened and perfectly sweetened filling or jam that has ZERO added sugar.
Sweetened with our special blend of erythritol and stevia, no one will ever know it's not sweetened with sugar!
