This crust comes together in seconds in the food processor - just dump the mix in, along with an egg and a cube of butter. Couldn't be simpler! This will result in a beautiful, workable dough that can be pressed into a pie dish, (or can be rolled between parchment sheets for top crust)

Lattice tops could prove tricky with this clean keto pie dough - (there is no starch or gluten in this beauty!)  But it HAS been done, rolled out on parchment, cut into strips and refrigerated.
