For whole package, use only 1 cup room temp shredded mozzarella cheese (we like whole milk, low moisture from the bag). Just toss it into the dry mix with egg whites and water - and you have a beautiful workable dough. (But way less cheese than Fathead Dough).
DAIRY FREE dry mix - If you need to, leave out the cheese! It's still good! Use vegan mozzarella to top.
- One package makes 1 large 11" x 17" pizza crust, 2 - 11" round pizza crusts, or 4 - 9" personal pizzas. - for accurate macro count divide the entire amount into 12 equal pieces.
- Necessary additions: carton egg whites, shredded mozzarella

How to make personal size thin crust pizza - bakes in 9 minutes in the air fryer!
Preheat convection oven or air fryer to 425F. Divide dough into 6 balls. On 9" round silicone mat roll one dough ball out to edges, using parchment paper. Roll back dough around perimeter to form edge/rim. Place silicone mat in air fryer and bake for 3 minutes. Flip with wide spatula and bake another 2 min.. Top with sauce, cheese, meat/veg. Air fry another 4 minutes until edges are crispy and cheese is melted. Let cool 1 minute. Cut and serve. (Pictured below on parchment. The 9" round silicone mat helps but isn't necessary)
Medium thick crust your preference? Press into a pan at about 1/2" thickness.
