HOW TO SIGN UP:
- When placing an order, you can select the quantity and schedule that works for you.

WHY IS MY DISCOUNT CODE NOT ALSO WORKING?
With auto-delivery, you get to save 12% on your cart total, but that promotion isn't compatible with additional promotions. You certainly can use another promo code, but not in conjunction with the 12% discounted auto delivery program.
WHY CAN I NOT MANAGE MY SUBSCRIPTIONS?
With subscribe and save, you MUST have an account made on our website in order to manage your subscriptions. Without making an account, you will have no ability to cancel, add to, or modify subscriptions.
SHIPPING
With our flat rate shipping policy, we generally estimate 5-10 business days for order delivery. You can check the status of your order any time by clicking on the tracking link in the email that comes to you every time you place an order. Check your promotions or spam box if you do not see it in your primary inbox.
If you have a question about your package, we’re here to help!
WHAT IF MY PACKAGE ISN'T HERE YET?
This is a great question, especially in light of current events. We know there are sometimes delays in delivery. We are experiencing the same delays you are with our raw ingredients.
If you have a question about the location/timing of your order, we first recommend : checking your tracking number listed with your order. If it has been listed as “delivered” but your package is nowhere to be found, we encourage our customers to contact their local post office or UPS (depending on the carrier) as they will often have additional information in their system to help locate your package.
DOES KETOBAKES SHIP TO US TERRITORIES?

DOES KETOBAKES SHIP TO OTHER COUNTRIES?
Yes! The international shipping option should pop up in your cart, but if you have any questions or trouble please reach out to support@ketobakes for help.
OUR PRODUCTS
MY CHOCOLATE CHIPS ARE MELTED...
Our chocolate chips are clean label! Which means that in warmer months you may find your chips melted in transit. No worries! Just place the baggie into the refrigerator to harden and chop with a knife for rustic chocolate chunk cookies! And if this isn't acceptable, maybe wait a month or two before ordering those beloved chocolate chip cookies! :)
CAN I FREEZE MY BAKED PRODUCTS?
You can absolutely freeze them. Our family refrigerates our products because we go through them so quickly, but we recommend individually freezing them in zip baggies and then into another larger zip bag. You'll definitely want to refrigerate or freeze them if you don’t think they will be eaten within 1 day.
CAN I MAKE A SMALLER BATCH WITH MY MIX?
For the majority of our products, the mix/recipe is for the whole package and prepared for the most optimal taste, texture and quantity. So far the waffle and pancake mix is the only mix we have broken down for half batch, if desired.
If you would like to make a smaller batch, you can calculate the additional ingredients in proportion to the amount you want to make. Let us know how it turns out!
WHY IS THERE YEAST?
Some of our customers have asked why we add baking yeast to our bread mixes. Though it doesn’t help much with bread rise, we found that it gives our keto bread that taste we miss.
Our secret tip: if you let the tray of portioned dough buns rest on the counter for an hour before baking you get a more yeasted taste. Some love that, others not so much.
WHAT ARE NET CARBS?
Everyone calculates their keto macros differently. Some look at total carbohydrate count, while others subtract fibers and sugar alcohols.
To see the way we calculate NET carbs on our Best Ever Sandwich Buns: 9 g total carbohydrates - 8 g of fiber - 1g sugar alcohol = 0 g net carbs.
CAN I SUBSTITUTE WHOLE EGGS INSTEAD OF EGG WHITES?
In order for the bread to rise properly, we recommend using egg whites only for our bread mixes. Egg yolks don’t allow the buns to become fluffy. You can make up the difference for fats it desired, in mayo, butter, ranch, eggs with yolk, cheese etc!
I THOUGHT YOU WERE GRAIN FREE, BUT I SEE OAT FIBER?
- Oat fiber is NOT the same oat FLOUR. It is not ground oats. It is made from the fibrous husks of the oat; not the grain. Put another way, oat fiber comes from oats which are generally classified as a grain, yes, but oat fiber is made from the outside husk or hull of the oat which is pure insoluble fiber.
- Insoluble fibers like oat fiber do not dissolve in water in the body and therefore are not broken down in the digestive tract. This is why oat fiber does not contribute any nutritive benefits when eaten. This is why oat fiber has zero calories! What this means is that although oat fiber technically has 3 grams of carbohydrate in the form of fiber per teaspoon, those fibrous carbohydrates pass undigested through your body and are passed as waste; just like all other insoluble fiber in lots of other foods. Because of this many people subtract the fiber grams out from the carb count , as well as sugar alcohols which also go undigested, to show NET carbs in the Macro count.
- Oat fiber’s macros per teaspoon are 0 calories, 0 g fat, 3 g carbs, 3 g fiber, 0 g protein
- Because oat fiber is pure insoluble fiber, it adds bulk to waste in the digestive system, which helps prevent constipation and keeps things moving. Be sure to drink extra water when consuming.
WHAT DO YOU USE TO SWEETEN YOUR PRODUCTS?
We make special blends of sweeteners that are all natural, yet very low or no carb! We feel that combining the sweeteners in our special ratio, we get a near sugar-like flavor profile! No cooling sensations or gastrointestinal upset either.
Xylitol is a natural sweetener. It is a sugar alcohol made from birch trees or corncobs. (We choose Non GMO) - (Please note that it is neither a sugar nor an alcohol). It has 40% fewer calories than sugar and is a 7 on the glycemic index (white sugar is a 64).
**Please note that xylitol can be fatal to dogs so don’t share treats containing xylitol with your furry friends.
Erythritol is a sugar alcohol like xylitol. It occurs naturally in some fruits and vegetables It has zero calories and no impact on blood sugar. It is produced from glucose by fermentation with yeast.
Stevia is a plant discovered in South America. To make stevia powder a water extraction method is typically used. It’s been used by natives for centuries. It has no impact on blood sugar. Our stevia is a more expensive, higher quality NON BITTER extract powder. Pure stevia extract has 0 calories and 0g carbs.
BAKING
HIGH ALTITUDE
Unfortunately we need more information from experienced high altitude bakers in regards to our products specifically, but we hope you find this article useful. (Keep in mind that grain free products vs wheat products behave differently than traditional baking ingredients)

BUNS BAKING TIPS
Sometimes we get customers asking how they can keep the outsides of the buns from getting too dark, and the insides better baked, and not “wet”.
First, make sure your tray pan is away from your heat source. The rack can get too close to the heating source (element or flame), and should be in the middle of your oven. Don’t try to bake other things at the same time, as you can’t control the steam put off by those things.
Browning:
It helps to have the dough on parchment or a silicone mat as the non-stick, aluminum or steel pans can make things dark underneath. Turn your oven down 5-10 degrees if you feel they got too dark the first time baking them for the proper amount of time. (You can cover with foil at about the 35 minute mark if you suspect browning too fast.
Structure and Height:
If you make them really big they can fall or if you pat them down too flat they may not puff up enough. 3”- 3.5” diameter is about the max on a bun, and 3” diameter is the max it can do structure-wise on baguettes for slicing bread.
We have found that using silicone mesh hamburger molds (found on Amazon) work very well to give that professional structure to the bun.
LOAF FOR SLICING: Using a loaf pan doesn't work very well for making slicing bread, but using a well greased (pyrex type) oven proof glass mixing bowl turns out a nice loaf for slicing. Looks like artisan style sourdough shape. Bake extra long - around 70 minutes to make sure the middle gets cooked through.
Baking Time:
Please be sure you do the full baking time for the buns or your dough will be wet inside - it won’t have time to bake and properly steam out. 55 minutes for 8 buns (3’ diam) 65 minutes for baguettes, 45 for smaller sliders or dinner rollsK, 70 loaf - You get the idea!
Sometimes we have to play with it a little bit! Ovens vary - and it takes some time to get a feel for this different dough. It's different science! We’ve also found that using an oven thermometer helps as thermostats vary from oven to oven and you may not be working with a true 350 degree oven.
