Athina's Chocolate Mascarpone Pie

1 KetoBakes Pie Crust prebaked

 

Filling:

1 cup heavy cream

2 Tbsp almond milk

1/2 tsp xanthan gum

pinch salt

1 tsp vanilla

3 Tbsp butter

3/4 cup Keto Chocolate Chips

1/3 cup PopSweet sweetener

3 egg yolks

1 small container mascarpone cheese (8oz)

 

Combine all ingredients, and heat in saucepan

over stovetop.

Pour into prebaked KetoBakes ButterFlake Pie

Crust.

Chill until firm. Slice and serve with fresh

whipped cream.
