This crust comes together in seconds in the food processor - just dump the mix in, along with an egg and cold butter. Couldn't be simpler! This will result in a beautiful, workable dough that can be pressed into a pie dish, (or can be rolled between parchment sheets for the top crust)

Lattice tops can be tricky, but possible! Rolled out between parchment sheets, chilled, cut into strips, and placed on the pie.
