Light vanilla yeast donut with shiny chocolate icing! To die for!
Have you had visions of Yeast Donuts with chocolate icing in your dreams? Yeah, us too! It was time for a YUM keto version! And ok, we admit that these aren't exactly like DD or KK...but for ZERO net carbs, no gluten, starches, or SUGAR -- they are DARN TASTY!
We are in LOVE with this Chocolate Icing. We've included actual chocolate (not just cocoa powder) that melts into your icing to give it that chocolatey authentic richness - which also helps keep the icing shiny even after it sets up. (You know, those great teeth marks after you take a bite.)
- And as usual, No weird sweetener aftertaste!
- Whip up quickly with water and egg whites!
- Just mix, scoop and fry! You will have fresh, authentic, yeast donuts within minutes!
- Sub in cream for the water for a richer, cake-style donut
Dip them into your Microwave-Easy chocolate dipping icing (mix included) - let them set up (or don't wait at all!)
- Dairy-Free Mix - Can be prepared Dairy Free by substituting Ghee and Coconut Cream for butter and heavy cream in the frosting.
- Serving size is 5 Donut Holes
Can be baked in a conventional oven or air-fried!
INGREDIENTS: CHOCOLATE ICING PACKET (FOR 30 DONUT HOLES) (NONGMO XYLITOL, NONGMO ERYTHRITOL, PURE STEVIA EXTRACT POWDER), NONGMO XYLITOL, CHOCOLATE CHIPS (UNSWEETENED CHOCOLATE, ERYTHRITOL, COCOA BUTTER, STEVIA EXTRACT, SUNFLOWER LECITHIN), ORGANIC COCOA POWDER), NONGMO BLANCHED ALMOND FLOUR, ORGANIC PSYLLIUM HUSK, NONGMO ERYTHRITOL, STEVIA), CERTIFIED GLUTEN-FREE OAT FIBER, BAKING YEAST, ALUMINUM-FREE BAKING POWDER, HIMALAYAN PINK SALT, XANTHAN GUM, NATURAL BUTTER FLAVOR, PURE STEVIA EXTRACT POWDER
NOTICE: Xylitol is dangerous to cats and dogs.
Made in a dedicated gluten-free facility.
For Baked Option: fill a piping bag or ziptop bag with donut batter before it sets up. Cut to 3/4" nozzle opening. Pipe into donut molds and bake 350F for 20 min. Frying may be a better option for round donut holes, but baking could be an easier option for making traditional donut shapes.
To Air Fry: Shape dough, place in an air fryer, drizzle with refined coconut oil, select "air crisp" setting (390F), run 5 minutes, flip over, run 5 more minutes! Let cool thoroughly before dipping in chocolate icing! Chill donut to firm up the icing.
**We are working on a chocolate cake-style donut. These are not a chocolate donut, but are a classic yeast style donut with shiny Chocolate Icing. Mmmm... (the photo might look like ALL chocolate, but it is just the icing that is chocolate)
What about Boston Cream Donuts?! Use our Vanilla Custard mix to fill these babies!
