Each mix Makes 1.5 - 2 Quarts of churned ice cream. 6 - 8 oz servings -
1.5 quart (or larger) countertop ice cream maker is recommended.
It couldn't be easier! Finish dinner prep, blend and start the ice cream maker. And by the time dinner is done, you'll have fresh, creamy soft-serve ice cream.
1. In a blender place 2 cups unsweetened nut milk + 2 cups heavy cream
2. Dump mix in and blend
3. Pour into counter top ice cream freezer such as this one.
4. After 20-25 minutes transfer the ice cream to serving dishes or freeze to make firmer in individual or bulk serve freezer containers. Make little sundaes with fudge topping or fruit, cover with airtight seal.
NON DAIRY: use coconut cream or other vegan based liquid, instead of heavy cream.
Vary the fat content by adjusting for more or less cream. For example for non fat low carb ice cream, use 100% unsweetened nut milk. It will still have a light creamy mouthfeel as we have included the superfood MCT oil for nutrition. -- OR use all cream if you wish for even fuller fat content.
We love this ice cream on all occasions, for all reasons and in all ways! On top of keto fruit pie, as a sundae with nuts and keto chocolate sauce, topped with macerated strawberries.... it's just so delicious. And so easy to make.
