Is this bread suitable for those who are allergic to nuts? While we DO have our special nut free, allergen friendly room ALMOST ready to go, it is NOT in full swing yet. This bread is suitable for those who wish to be nut free by PREFERENCE, not by ALLERGY. Our equipment also handles almond flour, so until we give you the green light for allergy safe, we prefer you consume our SunBread knowing that it is by preference and that there may be traces of almond present in our current mixes.
What does it taste like? We love the super mild, nutty flavor of this bread! It's our new favorite for EVERY DAY! We toast it, we make grilled cheese, we make cold sandwiches... and it makes the most delicious FRENCH TOAST!
