Single Bun:
Microwave Method:
31.37 grams (4 ¼ tbsp) Best EVER Sandwich Buns dry mix
2 tbsp egg whites
2 tbsp water
¼ tsp apple cider vinegar
- Spray a small microwave safe bowl with cooking spray, then set aside.
- Mix everything together until fully incorporated, then add to the small microwave safe bowl.
- Microwave for 2 minutes. The muffin should stay puffed up and not drop.
- Pop out of the bowl and let sit for a minute. Slice in half and toast for about 2 minutes until slightly golden.
- Serve immediately.
Air Fryer Method:
31.37 grams (4 ¼ tbsp) Best EVER Sandwich Buns dry mix
1 whole egg
½ tbsp water
1/4 tsp apple cider vinegar
- Cut a piece of parchment paper, about 5” by 5”, and set aside.
- Mix together all the ingredients and let sit for a few minutes to firm up.
- Drop the mix into the center of the parchment and gently smooth out the top and sides.
- Air Fry at 315 for 18-20 minutes until golden brown. The bun shouldn’t sink when taken out.
- Let cool for a few minutes before enjoying.
