      INGREDIENTS: Non-gmo blanched almond flour, organic psyllium husk, nongmo oat fiber, KB Sweetblend (non-gmo erythritol, pure stevia extract powder), Himalayan pink salt, baking yeast, aluminum-free baking powder, xanthan gum

      To get the large hamburger size buns we have in the package picture, use a silicone mesh mold like this one.

      Single Bun: 

      Microwave Method:

      31.37 grams (4 ¼ tbsp) Best EVER Sandwich Buns dry mix

      2 tbsp egg whites

      2 tbsp water

      ¼ tsp apple cider vinegar

      1. Spray a small microwave safe bowl with cooking spray, then set aside.
      2. Mix everything together until fully incorporated, then add to the small microwave safe bowl.
      3. Microwave for 2 minutes. The muffin should stay puffed up and not drop.
      4. Pop out of the bowl and let sit for a minute. Slice in half and toast for about 2 minutes until slightly golden.
      5. Serve immediately.

      Air Fryer Method:

      31.37 grams (4 ¼ tbsp) Best EVER Sandwich Buns dry mix

      1 whole egg

      ½ tbsp water

      1/4 tsp apple cider vinegar

      1. Cut a piece of parchment paper, about 5” by 5”, and set aside.
      2. Mix together all the ingredients and let sit for a few minutes to firm up.
      3. Drop the mix into the center of the parchment and gently smooth out the top and sides.
      4. Air Fry at 315 for 18-20 minutes until golden brown. The bun shouldn’t sink when taken out.
      5. Let cool for a few minutes before enjoying.
