It was a Summer Limited Edition, but has quickly become a favorite, so we have decided to add it to our permanent flavor collection!
Make a decaf Mocha Chip Frappucino (see below) or churn for hard or soft serve icecream.
Makes 1 1/2 Quarts!
Includes chocolate chip packet

20 minutes in countertop appliance or do the no churn method
Ice Cream Maker Method: Use blender then churn!
No Churn Method: Whip heavy cream with electric beater , add dry mix and freeze individually for a couple hours.
Dairy Free: Sub warmed coconut cream for heavy cream.
Nut Free: oat milk, low carb dairy milk, hemp milk

Mocha Chip Frappucino Recipe:
Easy frozen blender treats that won't wreck your blood sugar!

Recipe:
3 tablespoons KetoJoy Mocha Chip Ice Cream Mix
1/3 of the chocolate chip packet
4 oz heavy cream
1 oz unsweetened almond (or other) milk
1 oz strong cold brew (or more milk - it's already got decaf coffee in the mix)
1 ½ cup ice
Directions:
1. Add the heavy cream, milk, cold brew or cold espresso (if using) chocolate chips and ice cream mix to a blending cup. Turn on and blend for 5-8 seconds.
2. Add the ice to the blending cup and blend for 15-30 seconds or until the texture is fully smooth. You may need to stop and start blender stirring or shaking a few times to make the thick frozen drink smooth out.
3. Serve immediately for the best texture.
Each mix makes 3 (12 oz) frozen treats!
