Bruschetta:
Slice baguettes in to 1/2" slices, broil til barely golden, flipping to get both sides lightly toasted. Drizzle olive oil, garlic salt, parsley, italian spices, sprinkle parmesan. Top with thin tomato slice, a little more olive oil and parmesan. Broil until bubbly and slightly golden. Great hot or cool.
