Frosted Spice Cakes

Directions:

Mix the Pumpkin Muffins as directed, but pour into a lined 8" square baking pan. Bake in the center of the oven for 35 minutes or until the center springs back to the touch.

Cool completely.

Mix accessory packet with 4 Tablespoons softened butter and 4 oz of soft cream cheese. If you have an electric beater, use it, whipping to a light frosting consistency.

 

 

Spoon frosting in snack size zip top baggie and snip the corner to create a piping bag for the frosting. 

 

 

Arrange cut pieces of Spice Cake on a pretty cake plate and have fun frosting your mini spice cakes!

 

 

Keep out of heat. Refrigerate if taking to a warm event. Keeps all day in room temps.
