Holiday Peppermint Fudge Brownies Recipe

KetoBakes Mix:


Frosted Fudgy Brownies
For the brownie cups:
KB Frosted Fudgy Brownies mix
6 tbsp melted butter
3 large eggs
3 tbsp refined coconut oil


For the fudge layer:


1 Lily’s White Chocolate Peppermint bar, broken into pieces
1 tbsp butter
3 tbsp cream cheese
For the ganache:
4 tbsp melted butter
Ganache packet from brownie mix


Directions:


1. Preheat oven to 350 and make the brownie mix according to the package directions,
except portion the mix into 16 lined muffin cups using a tbsp sized cookie scoop. Bake
for 16-18 minutes. Let cool.
2. While the brownies are cooling, start the fudge layer by melting the white chocolate
pieces, butter and cream cheese in a microwaveable bowl, stirring every 15 seconds
until completely melted and a smooth consistency.
3. Drop 2 tsp portions into each brownie cup, smoothing out the top if desired.
4. Mix together the melted butter and ganache packet until smooth, then pour about a tsp
onto the top of the fudge layer.
5. Place in the fridge to cool for about 1 hour to firm up, then enjoy!
As if our Frosted Fudgy Brownies weren’t amazing enough, we went even fudgier by adding a
delicious peppermint fudge layer in between the brownie and ganache. These will be perfect for
your family get together or holiday party, keeping them personal sized and portable. We think
