Keto Vanilla Cinnamon Glazed Almonds Recipe

 

Ingredients:

2 1/2 cups of salted or unsalted Roasted Almonds
1/2 cup KB PopSweet
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp cinnamon

Directions:

  1. In a medium saucepan over medium heat heat the sweetener until it is fully melted. (Yes, it does melt without adding liquid).
  2. Add the vanilla and cinnamon. Remove from heat.
  3. Stir in the almonds. As the mixture cools, stir every 10 minutes. The syrup will continue to thicken and harden.Once they are well coated with all the syrup pour onto a piece of parchment or waxed paper in a single layer.
  4. Cool completely. Store in an air tight container.
