Peanut Butter Frosted Brownies Recipe

Mixes Needed:
Frosted Fudgy Brownies

Brownie Ingredients:
Frosted Fudgy Brownies Mix
3 eggs
3 tbsp coconut oil
6 tbsp melted butter
Peanut Butter Icing Ingredients:
2/3 cup peanut butter, all natural, no sugar added
8 tbsp, or 4oz, unsalted butter, softened
2 tbsp, or 1oz, cream cheese, softened
4 tbsp KB PopSweet
1 ½ tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of salt

Ganache Ingredients:
Packet from Brownie mix
4 tbsp butter, melted

Full recipe:
1. Make brownies according to package directions. Let cool on counter, then chill in the
fridge for 1 hour.
2. With a hand mixer, blend together butter and cream cheese until smooth.
3. Add in the peanut butter, KB PopSweet, vanilla extract and pinch of salt and mix until
light and fluffy, about 1 minute.
4. Add to the top of the brownies, smoothing it out as you go. Place back in the fridge for
15 minutes.
5. Mix together the melted butter and ganache packet, from the Frosted Fudgy Brownie
mix, in a small bowl until fully incorporated. Let sit for 2 minutes to cool slightly.
6. Pour directly on top of the peanut butter icing layer, making sure it is in an even layer
and covering all the underneath icing.
7. Let set for 5 minutes, then cut and serve.

I also experimented with using powdered peanut butter (no additives or sugar), which I think
could make a great mix! Each brand of peanut powder has a different fat content, so I’m not
sure if this ratio would be exact if using another brand. Mix the peanut powder and almond milk
before starting the whole recipe.

10 tbsp Crazy Richard’s 100% Pure Peanut Powder
5 tbsp unsweetened almond milk
8 tbsp, or 4 oz, unsalted butter, softened
2 tbsp, or 1 oz, cream cheese, softened
5 tbsp KB PopSweet
1 ½ tbsp vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
