Pepperoni Pull-Aparts Recipe

 

KB Mixes Needed:
Best EVER Sandwich Buns


Ingredients:
1 package KB Best EVER Sandwich Buns mix
1 cup egg whites
1 cup water
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
2 tsp Italian seasoning
½ cup pepperoni, chopped into small pieces
¾ cup Parmesan cheese, grated not shredded


Directions:
1. Line a regular size cupcake pan with parchment baking cups and spray with cooking
spray. Add the Parmesan cheese to a bowl and set aside.
2. Mix the KB Best EVER Sandwich Bun mix with the egg whites, water, apple cider
vinegar and Italian seasoning until fully combined. Let the dough rest for 15 minutes.
3. After the dough has rested, fold in the pepperoni pieces.
4. Using a small cookie scoop, scoop out 3 balls at a time and drop into the bowl of
Parmesan cheese. Roll the balls around to evenly coat. Break each ball in half, roll again
and drop into the baking cups; 4 of them to a cup.
5. Bake at 325 for 45 minutes. If the tops start to brown too much, add some foil to the top.
6. Let cool for 20 minutes to fully set up and then serve with a dipping sauce like a keto-
friendly marinara or ranch.
