Crispy Pepperoni, Olive & Goat Cheese Pizzas
What a delicious combination for this keto pizza! Our Pizza Crust mix makes it so easy!
KB Mixes Needed:
KetoBakes Family Pizza Crust
Ingredients:
1 package KetoBakes Family Pizza Crust
1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
½ cup egg whites
¼ cup water
Oil of choice
Toppings:
24oz jar of your favorite keto-friendly pizza sauce
2 cups mozzarella cheese, grated
4 oz chèvre goat cheese
2 cloves garlic, chopped
6 oz pepperoni
1 cup mushrooms, sliced
2.25 oz canned black olives, sliced
Directions:
1. Place a layer of pepperoni on a microwave-safe plate and heat for 2 minutes. Set aside.
2. Prepare the KetoBakes pizza crust mix according to the package directions and divide into two pieces. Oil & parchment, two 8 or 10" round pans and spread dough evenly into each pan. Bake according to package directions.
3. Remove the crust from the oven and top with pizza sauce, chopped garlic, cheeses, pepperoni, mushrooms and black olives.
4. Bake at 400 for 10-15 minutes. Allow to cool slightly before cutting.
