Cheddar Bacon Jalapeno Biscuits Recipe


KB Mix Needed:
Buttery Biscuit mix

Ingredients:

  • 1 package KetoBakes Buttery Biscuit mix
  • 4 tbsp butter, melted
  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 1 large egg
  • ¾ cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 2/3 cup fresh jalapeños, chopped and seeded
  • 4 slices bacon, cooked and chopped

Garnish:

Fresh jalapeños, sliced

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.
  2. In a bowl, mix together the eggs and sour cream until fully combined. Add in the dry mix and continue mixing. Pour in the melted butter, scraping the sides if necessary.
  3. Gently fold in the cheddar cheese, jalapeños and bacon, until evenly distributed. 
  4. Drop 9 even scoops onto the parchment-lined baking sheet and top, if desired, with the sliced jalapeños. 
  5. Bake for 13-15 minutes, or until golden brown color.
